Rates
Lodging is $75 per person for a two night weekend, each additional night is $25
Lodging for one night is $55 per person
There is a 9% Vermont rooms tax added to the lodging total.
There is a $1500 minimum weekend lodging total
Remember everyone needs comforters/sleeping bags and towels.
Grocery Option
We can purchase all the groceries for your meals, from a set menu, and have them here and available for your teams to prepare and clean up.
Costs for 5 meals is $35 per person. Any extra meals add $7 more. Groups bring their own snack foods.
Linens Available
We can have linens available (towels, sheets, pillows, blankets) for a fee of $12/person
Or you can bring your own to keep the cost down.
Cleaning Fee
We do charge a cleaning fee of $400 or you can clean the house yourself
Sweeping, vaccuming, taking out the trash, making the beds, etc.
